LYONS MORNING CALL: Lawyer-Partner; admitted to the Association of Lawyers of California (1977) and to the Supreme Court (1984); Faculty of Right of the University of California in Davis (J.D., 1977), American Prize of Jurisprudence by Labor Right; University of California de Stanislaus (B.A., 1966).
I grew in the Central Valley of California in a family of migratory agricultural workers, and spent 26 years with the Agricultural Workers United of America de Caesar Chávez, AFL-CIO. I was organizing in California, New York, and Florida, and then, from 1977 to 1992, I worked with them as lawyer. During last the six years, I was Main Legal Adviser of the UFW. During 16 years to represent Chávez and the UFW, I took to labor cases and hundreds of appeals, including more than 20 before the Supreme Court of California.
In the Company/signature, I head the Department of Right, Requests and Appeals.
I am affiliate of the Association of Lawyers of California, of the Lawyers of the Consumer of California, the Association of Lawyers of Tree-lined avenue-Against Coast, and of the Coordinating Committee of Lawyers of the AFL-CIO.
