PETRA M. I am native of California, and the approach of most of my race has been the right of public interest. I represent people of low income in Rural Legal Attendance of California, Legal Defense of the Community Mission, the Office of the Public Defender of San Francisco. As lawyer of the court of high category, I have experience with all the aspects of the criminal litigations and have completed thirty judgments of jury including cases of high crime and homicide.
In 1995, I had the opportunity to exert the commercial right with a company deprived in Coast Table. As Lead counsel of the Network of Entertainment EMT I live supervised all the legal subjects during its growth from 25 employees to a national event and a ticket company of cinema of approximately four hundred employees with offices inside and outside the United States.
I began to work for the Company/signature in February of the year 2000, and, as much for personal reasons as professional, I am enchanted to return to the litigations. My father was member of the Union of the Marine Firemen (Engineer of Second Degree), was in the Merchant marine from 1945 to 1963 and worked like dock worker from 1963 to 1980. Our family experimented what is the fear to be in contact with the enemy with the asbestos in the place of the work without knowing it. The clients of the Company/signature represent the essence than he is strong in this country. Without their contribution, the United States would not be the giant of the industry that is nowadays. It is an honor to represent them against the industries that refuse to recognize their culpability by the damages of their employees or to assume his economic responsibility by these damages.

I was member of the American National Association of Commercial Lawyers, 1996-1997; the Committee of Relations of Ethnic minorities of the Association of the Law of the State, 1985-1988; and of the Association of Lawyers the Race of San Francisco, 1985-1990.
